The organic producers to visit at WorldFood Moscow 2019

Clearspring - UK

Clearspring is a UK-based brand, specialising in creating authentic Japanese style ingredients and as well as organic fine foods.

Inside the Clearspring product portfolio sits a wide range of healthy eating favourites, including everything from organic pasta sources, fruit spreads, Italian vinegars, syrups and everything in between.

Clearspring products are verified by the UK’s leading organic certification body, the Soil Association, which means they are all vegan-friendly, and come from farms with responsible water use policies. With Clearspring, you know you’re getting a product that’s healthy for the body, and good for the planet too.

Farmo – Italy

Gluten-free eating is a way of life for people across the globe, whether that’s due to medical conditions, or the perceived health benefits ditching gluten can bring.

In Italy, things are a bit tricky when it comes to going gluten-free. Pasta, for instance, is Italy’s national dish and is usually made with wheat – the world’s key source of gluten.

That’s where Farmo comes in. The manufacturer, based in Milan, has a wide range of traditional products available, that have been given a gluten-free twist. That includes traditional style pastas, made using gluten-free grains.

Farmo also offers a collection of snacking products, including cakes and cookies, designed with healthy eating in mind, as well as a ready meals range manufactured with its healthy living principles in mind.

Grace Bio – Thailand

Looking for rice, but want to be sure its been cultivated and processed in an ethical, organic way? Visit Grace Bio’s booth at WorldFood Moscow 2019.

The Thai company produces Southeast Asia’s favourite grain in abundance, but does so without the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals. Instead, it lets Mother Nature do the hard work, resulting in bulk and microwave rice products bursting with healthy flavour.

Grace Bio rice comes with certification from some of the top organisations the world has to offer. Its products reach organic standards laid out by bodies such as the EU, NOP, BioSuisse, Naturland, JAS and Fairtrade.

Lefakong Farming – South Africa

Here’s an interesting range of products from South Africa’s Lefakong Farming.

The brand bases its health and wellbeing products around Moringa. Also known as the Drumstick Tree, the plant is said to boast many natural properties that make it an ideal health supplement. According to Lefakong, regular consumption of Moringa products can help with weight loss, fights against chronic diseases and gastrointestinal problems, and posses a high volume of antioxidants.

To that end, Lefakong has crafted a number of health supplements, including salts and powders, that can be used to enhance diets and meals in general. It also has an organic Moringa tea option, similar to green tea, if you’d prefer to sup upon something than sprinkling salts or mixing up powders.

Eat Real Snacks – UK

We all love to snack, but sometimes is our penchant for snacking that leads us towards consuming big handfuls of unhealthy foods with alarming regularity.

Eat Real wants to change all that.

With its range of snacks and treats, Eat Real hoping to kickstart a worldwide revolution in smarter, healthier snacking. Its desire is to create products free from the bad stuff, acting as healthier alternatives to salty potato chips.

So, what’s on the menu? Lots of organic produced options, like lentil, hummus and quinoa-based chips in a wide variety of flavours. There’s something for every buyer to experience, so be sure to visit Eat Real when you’re in Crocus Expo this year.
