*Only products from companies that have paid the entry fee will be eligible.
*At least five companies must be nominated in order for each product group competition to go ahead.
Organoleptic characteristics: Product’s compliance with Customs Union technical regulations or, if absent, compliance with regulatory and technical documentation.
Physical and chemical indicators: Product’s compliance with Customs Union technical regulations or, if absent, compliance with regulatory and technical documentation.
Microbiological indicators: Product’s compliance with Customs Union technical regulations or, if absent, compliance with regulatory and technical documentation.
Packaging: Packaging’s compliance with Customs Union regulation "On packaging safety“(ТР ТS 005/2011).
Labeling: Labelling’s compliance with the Customs Union regulation “Food products in terms of its labeling” (ТР ТS 022/2011).
Voting is undertaken by the contest jury composed of industry experts, including food & drink manufacturers, industry institutions and unions, and government representatives.
An organoleptic evaluation of product quality in each contest group is undertaken in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents, assess the appearance, packaging. Based on these results, each jury member completes an evaluation sheet. The evaluation sheets, protocols are formed, which are sent to the competition commission.
The Chairman of the contest jury is Konstantin Savenkov, deputy head of Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance).
